Our On-Call Scheduler consists of two servers. The Internet accessible portal is known as the Information Server where messages and schedules can be viewed and modified. Our Information Server provides secure, password-protected Internet access to your specific information including; messages, on-call schedules, and call reports. You can create daily, monthly, and yearly schedules all in advance. Our Information Server is accessible from any web browser, supports display on PDA and mobile devices as well as custom web advertising.
Our second server is the internal portal and is known as our On-Call Scheduler Server. This server allows us to track your complex schedules so that messages can be relayed accurately, day and night. Once your information is entered our telephone operators are instantly and automatically provided the current on-call information and with a few keystrokes or mouse clicks, your messages are dispatched accurately and efficiently.
